● In case of key loss, 3,000 yen (tax included) will be charged as key replacement fee. 

* In case of key loss, etc., the response will be made after the next business day of your contact. 

* Please note that if emergency response is possible on the same day, 5,000 yen (tax included) will be charged as business trip fee.

● Please refrain from leaving your baggage outside of business hours on the same day. Baggage in the locker for more than seventy two hours and three days will be moved to the designated storage location (Sapporo-shi).
